I’ve sold tracts all over the state of Texas from 5 acres to 3200 acres and have been involved in several 1031 tax exchanges with one totaling more than 11,000 acres in 13 tracts of land. I work closely with a Timber Co. so that we can identify the value of your timber prior to marketing your tract for sale and this also allows me to identify tracts that will make excellent investment opportunities for buyers.
